How does Asian Handicapp work in terms of Extra Time?

How does the Asian Handicapp work ? Lets say I have Ecuador +1 and its 1 : 1 tie at the end of regulation, Would I automatically win the bet? Lets say England wins 2 : 1 in Extra would it be a push or would I win ? Also how does Penalty shootouts count towards the Asian handicapp?

I read somewhere that AH bets are only counted for the 90 odd minuites of the actual game..

I would assume that it would be for the length of the gtame, jus tlike O/U bets in football, regardless of overtime / extra time.
